Fundamental
When deviation occurs in the running of the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt touches the vertical roller of the switch and causes the vertical roller to deflect. When the vertical roller deflection angle reaches a level 1 switch angle, the switch issues an alarm signal. When the conveyor belt runs seriously and reaches the 2-stage switch angle, the switch sends a stop signal to automatically stop the conveyor belt running. When the running error is eliminated, when the belt conveyor runs normally, the switch vertical roller can automatically reset and return to the initial state.
Scope of application

The wiring chamber type deviation switch is equipped with a waterproof wiring chamber on the basis of the ordinary type deviation switch, and the field control cable can directly access the wiring chamber to prevent the cable connector from being damaged due to moisture and virtual connection.
The address code type deviation switch is based on the common deviation switch and incorporates the XLline field bus technology to realize the address coding function. Applicable to the long belt conveyor as a remote monitoring of the operation of the field equipment to solve the inconvenience caused by the workers to find the point of failure.
The address coding type two-stage deviation switch and the comprehensive protection instrument (gateway) are connected through the XLline field bus, supporting up to 128 addresses, and the same address can be used simultaneously by multiple switches. The most important feature is that only one two-core cable is needed. Data transmission is completed at the same time and no power supply is required.
The XLline fieldbus can finally be flexibly linked with major manufacturers' PLCs and computer interfaces.
Installation and adjustment1. The deviation switch is set on both sides of the conveyor belt. The vertical roller should be perpendicular to the conveyor belt edge plane, and the two sides of the conveyor belt should be located at 1/3 of the vertical roller height.
2. Offset switch The distance between the normal position of the vertical roller and the conveyor belt should be 50~100mm.
3. The number of deviation switches should be determined according to the length, type and arrangement of the conveyor. Should generally be set in the conveyor head, tail, convex arc, concave arc and in the middle of the conveyor. (Note: When the conveyor is long, one pair can be set every 30 to 35 meters in the middle of the conveyor)
4. The deviation switch should be connected with the middle frame of the conveyor through the mounting bracket. The switch bracket should be welded with the conveyor frame after the conveyor is installed. The deviation switch and the deviation switch bracket are fixed with bolts.
