This project adopts Techocn intelligent control system to automatically control centrifugal chillers, condensate towers, combined air-conditioning units, heat stations and water pumps in the building of the rehearsal hall.
Functional realization At present, the refrigeration host and air-conditioning equipment in the rehearsal hall building have been linked together by the node-type DDC module. The air-conditioning equipment starts and stops, the return air temperature, the filter pressure difference, and the anti-freeze alarm are input by the DDC through the analog input. Channel (AI) and digital input channels (DI) collect real-time data. Then through the DDC building automation system after the calculation through the analog output channel (AO) and the switch output channel (DO) directly control the working process of the unit.
Each unit and each DDC is a node through the bus and monitor (computer) of the central control room is connected into a system to achieve the start and stop of the unit in the central control room and various parameters such as temperature, working status, failure Remote monitoring of status, etc.

In the air-conditioning automatic control system, the main monitoring item of the “cold source system†has a group control function, which can calculate the actual load of the air-conditioning system based on the temperature and flow of chilled water supply and return water, and calculate the result and the number of units put into operation at the time. The total cooling capacity is compared with the adjustment of the unit circulation pump to achieve the purpose of energy saving; at the same time, when the running unit or pump fails, the BAS system will automatically start the backup equipment. The main function of the "new air unit" is to adjust the opening of the electric control valve of the water circuit according to the deviation between the measured air temperature and the set air temperature, so that the measured temperature reaches the set value, including the automatic completion of a series of interlocking actions. It also achieved a unified monitoring and control of the "send and exhaust system" system in the building.
