Ordinary white candles do not require ingredients and are made of paraffin wax around 55 degrees. 1. Large candle without black smoke and brightness: the candle wick should be made of pure white cotton thread. The white cotton thread is bleached with bleaching powder, and the candle does not emit black smoke when lit, and the brightness is large. If the cotton thread is not bleached and contains impurities, there is a lot of black smoke after the candle is lit and it is not bright.

2. No tearing, no dust, and burning-resistant candle: After the bleached wax core wire is soaked with chemical raw materials, the candle made will not tear, no dust, and resistant to burning. Formula One: Boric acid: 0.04 Phosphoric acid: 0.64 Ammonium sulfate: 0.64 Water: 100

Before making candles, the wax core wire soaked in chemical materials must be burnt. It can also be dried in a ventilated and dry place, but it should not be exposed to sunlight to prevent the chemical mixture from playing a physical and chemical reaction and losing its function.

3. Candles that are not soft and not bent in summer: Candles made of paraffin wax tend to be soft and bendable in summer. After lighting, the candle melts quickly. Candles made according to the following formula are not soft, not bendable and resistant to burning.

The wax oil formulation (by weight) of this candle is 10 parts paraffin plus 2-3 parts stearic acid. 10 parts paraffin, 2-3 parts stearic acid.

It should be noted that the stearic acid should not be added too much, otherwise the wax oil will melt too slowly and the wax will not shine.

4. Scented candles: Mix 200 grams of B-cyclodextrin, 600 milliliters of water, and 20 grams of lavender (which can also be replaced by fragrance), mix well, then knead for three hours. The taken out contents are dried into powdery chemical inclusions by vacuum dryer or spraying under the condition of 60℃ (the temperature cannot be too high, otherwise the fragrance will be spoiled) (unconditionally other methods can be used to dry it into powder). Store the powdery chemical package in a ventilated and dry place for future use. When producing candles, the powdered chemical package is put into the dissolved candle manufacturing materials and mixed well, and the scented candles can be made into the mold of the pouring machine.

The amount of powdered chemical package is generally 1-3% of the raw material of the candle.

The candles made by this method are still scented normally after being stored for more than half a year, and emit different fragrances according to the different spices used. Since there is no drying equipment for personal and small candle manufacturing plants, it is possible to produce powdery chemical inclusions by using the earth method. Although the effect is poor, it also has a certain scenting effect. Take 100 grams of B-cyclodextrin, 300 ml of water, add 10 grams of lavender flowers after stirring, and evaporate in the pot until it is dried into a powdered chemical package. But the dosage is generally increased to about 5%
