Third, the use of hollow glass dew point meter

1. Plug the power plug into the power socket, first press the cooling button to turn on the auxiliary cooling for 10 minutes, then turn on the main control power switch.

2, the system works, automatically adjust the temperature according to the set temperature (-60 ° C, -55 ° C, -50 ° C -45 ° C, -40 ° C).

3. When the temperature reaches the standard required temperature, the system will automatically alarm for 10 seconds, then start timing according to the set time (test time). After the set time is over, the system will automatically alarm again. The experiment ends (the first alarm represents the arrival of the work) Working temperature, the second alarm represents the test is completed).

4. After the test is completed, first turn off the power switch, then turn off the auxiliary cooling (1, 4 items must be strictly observed, auxiliary cooling can not be closed at will during the test).

※The hollow glass dew point meter has two sets of refrigeration equipment. The main control is cold for the semiconductor refrigeration film and the auxiliary refrigeration is the compressor. The main control cooling is controlled by the meter and the auxiliary cooling is manually controlled by the cooling button. It is necessary to assist the cooling in advance for 10 minutes. (The auxiliary cooling and the main control cold power switch are independent respectively.) Please operate according to the requirements. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the consequences caused by improper operation.

Fourth, the hollow glass dew point meter on the parameter settings

1. Setting of time parameters: the left side is the working time, the right side is the alarm time, and the unit is adjustable.

2. Setting of temperature parameters

a. Main control temperature setting: press “SET” button, the lower digital tube of the temperature display table will flash, press “>” key, move the cursor to the corresponding position of the digital tube, then press “∧”, “∨” Modify the temperature. After the modification is completed, press the “SET” button again to complete the save. (The master value is one decimal place)

b. Alarm temperature setting: press the “SET” button for 3 seconds to enter the parameter setting state, continue to press the “SET” button to find the LOAL item setting item (the alarm value is an integer).

Note: The LOAL value and the master temperature value should be set consistently. The LOAL value should follow the master temperature value each time the master temperature is changed.
