Tencent Digital (Anan) Windows 10 two-in-one notebook market has been very crowded, the choice is endless, some products can be converted from laptop to tablet, and some install 360-degree screen. Panasonic also upgraded its Toughbook product line and introduced a Windows 2-in-1 device.
As we all know, Toughbook is mainly used in harsh environments, Toughbook CF-33 is a new member of the family. At this year's MWC show, Panasonic first demonstrated CF-33, Microsoft also highlighted this new machine in the Windows blog.
The Toughbook CF-33 is a tablet that comes with a removable keyboard and a 12-inch screen. It is similar to Microsoft's Surface, with a 3:2 screen ratio and a larger vertical screen space. The 12-inch screen has a resolution of 2160x1440, 216 pixels per inch, and the screen is bright, reaching 1200nits, even in bright sunlight.
Panasonic is also equipped with a 10-point touch screen and can work with gloves. The IP55 digital pen fully supports Windows Ink. When viewed in perspective, the flat section weighs 1.527 kg and the whole machine weighs 2.761 kg.
Then look at other configurations: 7th generation Intel Core processor, 2 megapixel front camera, 8 megapixel rear camera, Windows Hello support, 4G LTE support. The notebook has the following interfaces: USB 3.0, HDMI, network port, headphone jack, and microSD card slot.
To extend battery life, the Toughbook CF-33 is equipped with 2 hot-swappable batteries. When we plug in a new battery, there is no need to shut down.
According to estimates, the CF-33 will be available in May and will be priced at US$4,099, including the tablet and keyboard. If only the tablet is purchased, it will be priced at US$3,499. In the second quarter of 2017, the CF-33 will be listed in Europe, and the whole machine will purchase 3,552 euros. If only the tablet is purchased, it will cost 2,992 euros.
