When we turned on the rice cooker APP, we chose the most commonly used “cooking program†and selected rice varieties as “organic rice†with a “moderate†taste.
When the APP “Start†button is clicked, the APP interface will automatically change from the cooking program to the real-time status in cooking. At this time, the expected completion time, current operation status and temperature information will be displayed on the mobile phone, and the rice cooker can be seen in real time. Which stage.
The APP shows that the cook program is expected to take 1 hour to complete, and after about 20 minutes, we noticed that the rice cooker began to intermittently discharge hot steam from the steam outlet. At this time, water droplets appeared on the steam outlet.
At this time, the top and sides of the rice cooker will feel a little temperature when it is touched (be careful not to put it on the steam mouth by hand to avoid burns).
After quietly waiting for dozens of minutes, the APP prompts finish cooking and displays the entire heating curve on the mobile phone. At the same time, the mobile phone will have an alarm message (the alarm can be selected on its own). We noticed that the actual cooking time was somewhat different from the expected start time. It was expected to be completed within 1 hour in the cook program. However, we actually started cooking at 18:03 and 18:53 indicated that the cooking was completed. Estimated time has decreased.
However, time is not the focus of this time. Has rice been actually cooked? Will there be any phenomenon?
When we open the lid, we can see that after the two cups of rice are cooked, we can reach the position of “3†in the inner water line of the tank (the position of the two cups of rice before cooking is about “2†on the water line), and it is similar to ordinary rice cookers. The ratio does not seem to be "significant", but the grain appears to be moderately dry and wet. There is no clear-cut "slack" or a "soft-squeaky" sense of water quality. The gloss looks good.
What we chose this time is that the taste is “moderate†and not too soft or too hard. From the actual taste point of view, the rice that has just emerged after a minute or two is eaten. This is a feeling of a slightly stiffer taste. If we distinguish from 1-10, 1 is very soft 10 is very hard, then we believe that the “moderate†taste of the millet pressure IH rice cooker cooking program is about 6-7, and the water in the cooking is well controlled.
