Sixth, the bid applicant's eligibility requirements:

1. The bidder shall be an enterprise with independent legal personality registered in the People's Republic of China in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and shall have the ability to effectively perform the contract.

3. The bidder shall have the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Road Transportation Business License."

4. The business scope of the bidder’s business license shall include the item “Road Cargo Transportation”.

5. The bidder should have a good business reputation. He has not been ordered to suspend business, his property has been taken over, frozen, or bankrupted. The bidder has not defrauded or has seriously breached the contract, defaulted or has a major security problem in the last three years.

6. The bidder should have good coal transportation organization and coordination capabilities, and have the performance of thermal power plant coal transportation within the past five years.
