Analysis of daily maintenance and maintenance of LED screen

LED display (LED panel): LED display screen is a display of various information such as text, graphics, images, animations, quotes, video, video signals and the like by controlling the display mode of the semiconductor light emitting diode for displaying. The LED display can display changing numbers, texts and graphic images; it can be used not only in indoor environments but also in outdoor environments, and has the advantages that projectors, TV walls, and liquid crystal displays cannot match. The reason why LED is widely valued and developed rapidly is inseparable from its own advantages. These advantages are summarized as follows: high brightness, low operating voltage, low power consumption, miniaturization, long life, shock resistance and stable performance. The development prospect of LED is extremely broad, and it is developing towards higher brightness, higher weather resistance, higher luminous density, higher luminous uniformity, reliability, and full color.

1. Classification of LED display

2. The basic composition of the LED display

(1) Asynchronous screen: generally consists of display unit board (module), strip screen card, switching power supply, HUB board (optional). Connect to the computer through the serial cable to change the display text, then you can disconnect the computer.

(2) Synchronous screen: Synchronous screen system is more complicated, the system can be large or small, generally consists of computer, DVI graphics card, data transmission card, synchronous data receiving card, HUB board, Network Cable, LED display and so on. The system always needs to work on the online computer to display the image text on the computer on the big LED screen.

3. The noun concept involved in LED display

(1) Pixel: is the smallest imaging unit of the LED display. Commonly known as "points" or "pixels."

(2) Display module: The smallest unit composed of several display pixels and structurally independent of the LED display. The indoor screen uses an 8x8 display module, that is, each display module has 64 pixels; the outdoor screen uses a single lamp bead, usually consisting of 1-3 pixels of the same or different colors to form a pixel of the module.

(3) Display module: a separate unit that constitutes an LED display screen determined by the circuit and the mounting structure and having a display function. Simply put, for ease of assembly and display, the semi-finished products are usually provided in the form of display modules, and multiple display modules are added together with display drivers. The indoor screen is commonly called "unit board"; the outdoor screen is commonly called "module", and then several modules plus chassis, fan, power supply, etc. are combined into a "box", which is mostly used for large-scale full-color screens. The indoor screen unit board usually has 64x32 (64 columns, 32 lines, composed of 32 modules), 64x16 (64 columns, 16 lines, composed of 16 modules), etc.; outdoor screen modules usually have 64x32, 32x32, 32x16, 16x16, 16x8 A variety.

(4) LED display screen body: The unit board/module/box body is spliced together in a certain way, plus the control card/control system, power supply and frame, etc. constitute an LED display screen.

(5) Pitch: It is the distance between 2 pixels. Mainly depends on the distance of the viewer. Usually the concept of dot pitch is used for outdoor screens, such as P6, P7.62, P8, P10, P12, P16, P20, etc., in millimeters mm. The outdoor screen viewing distance is generally within 30 meters, and the module is not larger than P16 (16mm). The denser the dot pitch, the finer the displayed strokes, the more pixels per unit area, and the more expensive the display.

(6) Scanning method: There is usually a problem with the scanning mode of the outdoor screen module. The scanning method determines the form of connection between modules. The scanning methods are 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and static. Because the LED display is refreshed line by line, the scanning mode determines the way to display the refresh, such as 1/16 is to refresh 1 line each time, 16 acts as a scanning cycle, and needs ABCD four signal control; 1/8 is Each time refreshing 1 line, 8 acts as a scan cycle, requiring ABC three signal control; others and so on. If the same LED is used, the brightness of the 1/16 sweep is lower than 1/8, and the brightness of the static (1/1) is the highest. Indoor screens generally use 1/16 sweeps, and outdoor and semi-outdoors generally use 1/16 or 1/8. For environments where the screen is often exposed to violent sunlight, it is best to use a 1/4 scan.

Crossover Network Cable

Cross-over Ethernet Cable is also called cross wire. When the crystal head made by different standards at both ends of the wire is T568A at one end and T568B at the other end, then it is the cross wiring mode.

The crossover cable is used to connect ADSL modems to the HUB HUB (related to the MODEM design, but not all), the HUB to HUB connection without a stage port, and the two computers to each other directly through the network card. The production method is basically the same as above, except that the online order is different from 568B, which adopts the method of exchanging 1-3,2-6, that is, one end is made with 568B and the other end with 568A.
