Trecento blockchain capital solutionsTrecento Blockchain Capital will launch 4 themed funds covering the entire investment cycle of blockchain companies. The goal is to provide investors with a 360-degree approach to generate profits while mitigating risk factors.
Observations on funds with a minimum expected capital recovery rate
If the performance of the fund during the one-year (calendar) period does not exceed the performance of the benchmark interest rate or the minimum expected capital recovery rate, no performance fee will be paid.
For example, the cryptocurrency trading fund and its Bitcoin index benchmark: over a one-year (calendar) period, the Bitcoin index benchmark performance is 15%.
• If the fund performance is less than 15%, no performance fee will be charged;
• If the fund performance is equal to 15%, no performance fee will be charged;
• If the fund performance is 18%, we only charge performance fees for the excess 3% and 15% of Bitcoin's performance. In other words, we only charge 20% * 3% = 0.6%.
We will publish research analysis reports and regular and in-depth newsletters, which will be comparable to stock research reports written by investment banks. These documents will be published and made available to token holders and fund investors. The goal is to provide our community with in-depth expert insights and clear and reliable information about the overall blockchain.
Our second key service will be investment allocation. We will implement a flexible, simple and efficient distribution method to fully meet the needs and professionalism of our investors.
Two distribution channels will be proposed:
• Manual allocation: Our investors will be able to fully and comprehensively choose the allocation details within our fund. An artificial intelligence-based "investment assistant tool" will be introduced to help investors enhance their portfolio allocation based on their data (risk factor, experience, investment period);
• Trecento allocation: Our investment team will conceive an allocation breakdown based on its expertise, capital risk/return situation and the best market opportunities.

DAO, voting system and reward systemTrecento Blockchain Capital will be closely connected with its community. This is why Trecento Blockchain Capital hopes to reward the community for its contributions to the success of the project. Trecento Blockchain Capital is open to all types of investment opinions and suggestions that help improve the management panel and our asset management activities. In addition, Trecento Blockchain Capital will select some of them to join the expert committee based on the contributions and insights of community members.
Regardless of the form of participation (comment submission or voting), the community will receive rewards in the form of TOT.
How does it work?The first step: any community member has the opportunity to submit a project or an investment proposal to the team.
Step 2: If the majority of members vote against, the investment proposal is rejected. If a majority of the members vote in favor, our team will conduct an in-depth evaluation and may invest in it.
Step 3: At this stage, rewards are constructed in the following way:
• If our team decides not to invest, the members who voted against it earlier will receive TOT;
• If our team decides to invest, the members who voted for it earlier will receive TOT. In addition, members who submit investment proposals will receive additional rewards paid in the form of TOT.
Trecento token (TOT) function
TOT (utility token) will be an ERC-20 type token, listed/traded on major exchanges, providing compatibility with Ethereum wallets and higher liquidity.
The standard and average cost structure is "2/20" (2% management fee and 20% performance fee).
Trecento blockchain capital solutions are extremely competitive in this market because we offer high discounts for management and performance costs:
1. Free management and performance fees for ICO investors (up to two years), which means that investors get 100% of their performance;
2. Give token holders a discount on the premise that they use TOT to pay fees, as follows: 50% in the first year (this means that our fund is 50% cheaper than the market on average); 30% in the second year; 10% (our fund will be at least 10% cheaper than the market);
3. In addition, cryptocurrency trading funds and venture capital funds are compared with a benchmark (Bitcoin index) and a minimum preset rate of return (8%), respectively, which means that only when these funds perform better than their benchmark and minimum preset returns The performance fee will only be charged when the rate of return.

Why use blockchain technologyTechnology must be a tool to improve our way of doing things, monitor our activities and performance.

• Token Sale: ICO adopts Ethereum ERC-20-token distribution;
• Online operation: Based on online KYC/AML technology and partners, we will use the blockchain to whitelist our users and ETH addresses;
• Fund management: Using smart contracts, we will be able to raise cash directly from investors and allocate fund shares. Redemption also relies on the operation of smart contracts, allowing investors to withdraw from the fund and get their money back;
• NAV calculation: The net asset value (NAV) will be calculated in real time, recorded twice a day and saved on the blockchain;
• Reports: All reports will be recorded on the blockchain, so they are permanently visible and completely transparent.
Structure overview
Through blockchain and Ethereum smart contracts, asset management companies can more easily realize online collection. In the offline (real) world, the process of investing in a fund can be very complicated and takes many days (usually two trading days).
Thanks to the blockchain and smart contracts, this process can take less than an hour, with the same compliance and higher security.
Individual investors can participate in a smart contract and decide to invest in a fund. The smart contract will manage subscription/redemption orders for any individual investor, calculate the net asset value (automatically), and allocate its funds to the fund of its choice. All our smart contracts will be open source and audited. Anyone can view the status and operation of the smart contract.
Investment steps• Register on our online platform
• Perform KYC/AML process (upload ID, self-portrait and complete personal and financial information)
• Add investor’s ETH address
• Fill in the investor risk profile questionnaire
• Read, accept and sign (online manual signature) smart authorization
• After all procedures are completed and confirmed, the user/investor and ETH address are whitelisted
• The investor sends his money to the smart contract
• Through smart contracts, investors can place redemption orders at any time they wish
Calculate the NAV (net asset value) of a fundNAV will be calculated using internal and external data provided by the database (Oracle), and Oracle will obtain the data from specialized websites and data providers. These data will come from different third-party sources in order to maximize the security and reliability of such information.
The source code of the script used to calculate the equity will be placed on GitHub and will be open source. In order to prove that we use this script, we will hash (Hash) the equity script and use the equity to provide a hash for each transaction (a function that maps keywords to record storage addresses).
Trecento Blockchain Capital will have a strong security policy:
• Each internal tool will use an access and management authority to separate users and permissions
• Redundant servers will be used and a continuity plan will be established
• Wallet/encrypted fund security (see Wallet Management)
• All unused funds will be stored in the cold wallet
• The private key will be printed, split and stored in different locations around the world
• A cash reserve will be accumulated and used on the platform or transferred to a cold wallet
• The wallet will have multiple signatures
