The submersible liquid level transmitter has been accurately calibrated according to the nameplate marking range before leaving the factory. As long as the parameters such as the density of the medium meet the requirements of the nameplate, there is generally no need to adjust. But need to adjust the span or zero, please adjust according to the following methods.

1. Unscrew the protective cover, connect an external standard 24VDC power supply and a five-and-a-half-digit digital ammeter (requires 0.2% or higher accuracy) to adjust.

2. When there is no liquid in the submersible level transmitter, adjust the zero-point resistor so that the output current is 4.000 mA.

3. Add liquid to the full scale of the submersible liquid level transmitter, and adjust the full scale resistor to make the output current 20.000 mA.

4. Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal of the submersible level transmitter is normal.

5. Please input 25%, 50% and 75% of the signal calibration error respectively.

6. For non-water media, when the submersible level transmitter is calibrated with water, it should be converted according to the pressure generated by the actual density of the medium used. For example, when the density of the medium is 1.3, the 1.3m water level should be calibrated when calibrating the liquid level sensor of 1m range.

7. After adjustment, tighten the protective cover.

8. The calibration cycle of the input liquid level transmitter is once a year.

Differential pressure level transmitter debugging

1. Unscrew the protective cover of the differential pressure liquid level transmitter, connect an external standard 24VDC power supply and an ammeter (requires an accuracy of 0.2% or higher) to adjust.

2. When there is no liquid in the differential pressure liquid level transmitter, adjust the zero-point potentiometer so that the output current is 4 mA.

3. Pressurize the differential pressure liquid level transmitter to the full scale (10 meters), and adjust the full scale resistor so that the output current is 20 mA.

4. Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal is normal.

5. Please input 25%, 50% and 75% signals respectively to check the error of the differential pressure liquid level transmitter.

6. For non-water medium, when the differential pressure liquid level transmitter is calibrated with water, it should be converted according to the pressure generated by the actual density of the medium used. For example, when the density of the medium is 1.3, the 1.3m water level should be used to calibrate the 1m range.

7. After adjustment, tighten the protective cover.

8. The calibration cycle of the differential pressure liquid level transmitter is once a year.
