420 to 450 MHz ATV down-converter

This ATV downconverts the ATV band from 420 to 450 MHz. In order to make Channel 3 or 4 look similar on any TV, these channels are below the lower limit of the UHF segment. For good price/performance and wide dynamic range, the frequency converter features a low noise preamplifier pole and a double balanced passive mixer.
