Is it the optimal solution for human workers to have robot brains?

In many factories, robots are working side by side with humans. Since 1961, factories have used robots. At the time, General Motors deployed the first robot, the Unimate, a single-armed robot that could perform work such as welding. But until recently, robots began to be strictly isolated from human workers, in part because of the protection of humans, partly because human workers were prevented from influencing the work of robots, and the working conditions of the latter must be strictly controlled. With new robots, these controls are no longer necessary.

Take Baxter, an industrial robot introduced by Rethink Robotics, as an example. It can usually avoid collision with people. Even if someone hits it, it will not fall to the ground. Similar cartoon eyes can give human colleagues hints that the surface is about to move. Historically, industrial robots require specialized programming, but Baxter can learn from human workers how to perform new tasks.
