Many responsible persons in Fuzhou told reporters that recycling and dismantling are closely related, and if they leave the recycling process, the dismantling will fall into an embarrassing situation. The state has issued the "Discarded Electrical and Electronic Products Processing Fund." The original intention of the "Regulations on the Use of Collection of Use" is probably harder to achieve.

According to the relevant person in the Fuzhou Municipal Business Service Bureau, many foreign countries are also doing this, and the subsidies will be directly given to the dismantling companies. They have a mature environment, consumers have a strong sense of environmental protection, and they will take the initiative to send waste appliances to dismantling. However, China still does not have such an environment. Therefore, it is necessary to consider more factors to promote the recycling of waste electrical appliances. The industry believes that only the interests of consumers, recycling companies and dismantling companies can be truly activated throughout the recycling industry chain.
