(2) Bidder qualification requirements (qualified bidders)
1. The legal person registered in the People's Republic of China, and the registered capital is not less than RMB 1 million (the foreign currency registered capital is calculated based on the listed exchange rate of the domestic bank at any time from the date of the issuance of the tender announcement to the opening date to the opening date. If there is any objection, the bidder shall be responsible for the proof;
2. 4. In the past three years (since 2006), there are no less than three outdoor full-color LED display project achievements (project contract payment of 600,000 yuan or more, copy of the contract or a copy of the acceptance report must be provided in the bidding documents);
5. Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Government Procurement;
6. Have registered and obtained the bidding documents for this project.
