To make sure the steel pole quality, we have professional to inspect the poles before delivery. We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thick Test, Galvanization thick Test, etc.
Production Process
Our factory own advance production line, machine including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All the purpose is to produce good quality steel poles.
The fabrication process as cut plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drill holes, quality check before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating, finally quality check according by client's required.

Packaging & Shipping
We use sack package the poles or straw at the pole top and bottom which is our normal package. We also use wood between the poles but cost just little higher than normal package. We normally use 40HQ container and our Port limit weight for 40HQ is 26Ton.
