Green factory evaluation system framework

Requirements for top management: Confirmation of leadership and commitment in green factories, and ensuring that responsibilities and authorities for roles related to green factories are distributed and communicated within the facility.

Equipment: Special equipment meets industry access requirements, reduces energy and resource consumption, and reduces pollutant emissions. General equipment uses products with high efficiency, low energy consumption, low water consumption and low material consumption. At the same time, energy should be equipped, used and managed. Third, product requirements

The standard states that the factory should produce products that meet the requirements of green products.

· Eco-design the products produced according to GB/T 24256, and carry out ecological evaluation of the products according to GB/T 32161.

· Products should reduce the use of harmful substances and avoid the leakage of harmful substances.

· Products meet the requirements of energy saving and carbon reduction.

· Calculate the recyclability of its products and improve according to the requirements of GB/T 20862.

Fourth, environmental emission requirements

Air pollutants: Emissions should meet the requirements of relevant national standards, industry standards and local standards, and meet the requirements of total emissions control within the region.

Water pollutants: Emissions should meet the requirements of relevant national standards, industry standards and local standards, or entrust a processing plant with the corresponding qualifications to meet the requirements, and meet the regional emission total control requirements.

Solid waste: The treatment needs to meet the requirements of GB 18599 and related standards. If the factory is unable to handle it by itself, the solid waste should be transferred to a processing plant with corresponding capabilities and qualifications for disposal.

Noise: Environmental noise emissions from the factory boundary meet the relevant national standards, industry standards and local standards.

Greenhouse gases: Factories should use the GB/T 32150 or applicable standards or specifications to account for and report greenhouse gas emissions within their boundaries.
