The solution required by the customer is to process large-size panels on a processing equipment that can handle five-axis CNC programs, and to develop prototypes for the molding of engineering design panels and industrial parts. This equipment should not only mill large-size workpieces with a width of 1524 cm (50 ft) or less and a height of 366 cm (12 ft) or less, but also fine processing of small parts. Because the workpiece material is usually not fixed, it varies from foam, wood, glass fiber, composite materials to other materials, so high-precision milling processes are required to adapt to different material hardness. The function of this processing equipment is similar to that of a five-axis CNC machining center equipped with the Delcam brand CAM software PowerMill. The tool trajectory drawn by PowerMill software enables the RMC unit to smoothly complete the processing tasks of various composite precision workpieces, and adhere to the industry's shortest program setting time. In addition, this set of processing equipment is also equipped with a ten-station tool changer, which moves along the linear axis together with the robot, so that the tool is always within reach. The synthetic resin dosing system/fiber spray gun system is installed in the robot head, which can save the space and time required for changing the type of workpiece.
