introduction

With the increase of environmental awareness in China, the increase in urban pollution and energy crisis has attracted widespread attention. According to the survey, the current use of electric vehicles in China continues to grow. With the increase in the number of electric vehicles, the charging of electric vehicles is also a problem. Most of the electric vehicle charging in the community adopts the coin-operated and time-based charging methods, so that the charging cost of the electric vehicle users is too much, and the charging is unreasonable, which adds an additional economic burden to the electric vehicle users. In order to eliminate the unreasonable charging situation, the device selects the method for the user to use the power to charge, so that the charging is reasonable, and the SPI protocol can be used to communicate with the computer to transfer the power, electricity, charging voltage, current and other data to the computer for storage, and the analysis can be performed. Very good remote monitoring and control, saving a lot of manpower.

1, the overall system block diagram

The device is composed of a power collection module, an A/D replacement module, a single-chip microcomputer minimum system, a storage module, a display module, a payment module and a charging module. The overall block diagram of the system is shown in Figure 1. The RN8208G single-phase power metering chip module collects the power used by the user and converts the analog signal into a digital signal through the A/D replacement module. . The power usage can be stored in the TF card for a long time, and can be read by the single-chip microcomputer. Finally, the power usage and the final electricity rate are sent to the digital tube for display. Users can pay by IC card and coin. The overall block diagram of the system is shown in Figure 1.

2, system design 2.1, hardware design

According to the above overall design model analysis, the intelligent charging pile embedded control system is optimized, and the hardware design of the intelligent charging pile embedded control system is based on the embedded technology. The hardware circuit design of the system mainly includes the electricity collection and measurement module. Design, payment module design, etc., are described as follows:

(1) The power collection and measurement module of the device mainly performs the functions of collecting, calculating and transmitting power. The module has full digital gain, phase and offset correction when external noise (such as PCB noise, transformer noise, etc.) is large, and the energy obtained by the integration affects the accuracy of small signals when the accuracy of small signals is improved. The internal interference of the circuit is greatly eliminated, and the accuracy of the measurement is improved. The module can perform SPI and USART communication. It only needs to control the high and low levels of the IS pin of the RN8082G single-phase power metering chip to facilitate communication with the master microcontroller. The internal power supply monitoring circuit ensures reliable operation of the chip during power-off and power-on. The working circuit of the power collection and metering module is shown in Figure 2.
