LED high-power component Taiwan factory Edison Optoelectronics (3591) in the first half of 2010 revenue of NT$ 1.48 billion, an annual increase of 1.3 times.
Edison recently decided to handle cash increase, issuing 10.88 million new shares and tentatively setting NT$100 per share.
In addition, the market expects Edison to be listed on September 11.
